The Scarpa F1 XT is an exceptionally lightweight ski touring boot that offers a host of advantages not only on the ascent but also on the descent. If you have ski touring experience, the well-thought-out shell function offers all-round performance.
In walk mode, for example, the F1 XT boasts a 72° shaft rotation, which, viewed from the central axis, is composed of 25° at the front and 47° at the rear—so you can optimally execute even the most difficult maneuvers on steep terrain and when walking with crampons. Mobility is supported by the Overlap Shield Tech gaiter, flexible and comfortably aligned with the tongue.
