You can make a full or partial return within 30 days by following these steps:

1. Write to shop@gobbisport.com to let us know you wish to return the item(s) purchased. You are not required to share the reason for this decision, but it would greatly help us improve our service.

2. Prepare the package, preferably in the same packaging (essential for shoes!) in which it arrived, including the original receipt and your IBAN if you paid by bank transfer.

3. Send us the package and here you have 2 options :

a) Prepaid shipping: GobbiSport will take care of the collection service at a cost of €10 (Italy) and €15 (Europe) which will be deducted from the refund.

b) Independent shipping
with courier of your choice to the address:

To process your returns smoothly and ensure that the goods are fit for sale, they must meet the following requirements:

  • The items are in their original condition, complete and without signs of use
  • the items are not (even partially) damaged and are not dirty
  • Items must be returned in appropriate packaging, including all labels and protective shipping materials (to save resources, ideally, return items in the same box you received them in).
  • all the integral elements of the product are present;
  • the return occurred after 30 days from the date of receipt;
  • opening of the package/packaging which compromises the use of the product (e.g. unwinding of the rope!)

Once your return is received, it usually takes up to 7-10 business days for inspection and processing. You will then receive confirmation of receipt of your return and authorized refund. Depending on your payment method, it may take a few more days.

To ensure the highest possible level of inventory and up-to-date availability, we unfortunately can no longer offer exchanges. If you wish to order your item in a different size or color, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.

To return your old package, we can activate the GLS EXCHANGE service for €15, which also includes delivery of the new package, saving you significant time and money and reducing your environmental impact. There's no form to download or fill out. Simply return the goods in the box you received them in. Each item must be in its original packaging, complete with all parts and tags. The courier will take care of everything else.

For products purchased in kits containing multiple products, such as a via ferrata kit or a rope + grigri + quickdraws kit, returns are only valid if you return the complete kit and not the individual components. Semi-finished, custom-made and personalized products, such as rope lengths and cords sold by the meter, are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.

When returning strings, it is imperative that they are not unwound. Unwinding or twisting the string affects its performance and, once done, no longer qualifies the string as new.
