Shipping policy

All products sold on GOBBISPORT.com are shipped from our warehouse in Arco. Once your order has been received, our team will prepare the items within 1-2 working days and hand the package over to the courier service. Delivery is available to many European countries, with shipping costs varying depending on the destination and can be checked at checkout. Your parcel will be at your place within 4-9 working days.

Shipping will be confirmed by email with a summary of the order and the tracking number. During the winter season (November/March), orders placed between Friday and Monday will be handed over to the courier service on Tuesday instead of Monday as in summer, as the sales outlet remains closed. No deliveries or collections are made on Saturdays and Sundays. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or failures on the part of the courier services. However, we will keep you informed.

Can I track my parcel?

You will receive a confirmation email once your parcel has been dispatched. This will contain the tracking code and a link where you can track the status of your shipment.

Can I change the delivery address for my order?

Once the order has been completed, the address cannot be changed. You can request a change to the order by email or WhatsApp, which will only be taken into account if the order has not yet been processed and handed over to the courier service. If there is an error in the information provided, the costs for releasing the shipment will be borne by the customer. If there is an error on our part, the costs for the release will of course be borne by us.

What happens if I am unable to be present at the time of delivery?

We recommend that you provide us with the nearest BRT-Fermopoint.
