Shipping

All products for sale on GOBBISPORT.com are shipped from our base camp located in Arco. Once we receive your order, the items are prepared by our team within 1-2 business days and the package is then entrusted to the GLS courier. Shipping is free for all orders with a value of 49 € or more (excluding taxes and after possible application of a coupon).

Shipping is confirmed by e-mail with the order summary and tracking code. In the winter period (November/March), orders placed between Friday and Monday will be given to the courier on Tuesday, instead of Monday as in the summer period, as the store is closed. GLS also does not make deliveries and pickups on Saturdays and Sundays.

Domestic shipping: is guaranteed within 2-3 business days for all of Italy except Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and remote or inconvenient mountain areas where it is delivered in 3-4 business days. We do not ship direct to the island of Capri.

International shipping: is offered for many countries in Europe with variable rate depending on the destination and verifiable at check-out.

Can I track the shipment?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your package is shipped, where you will find the tracking code and link to monitor the status of the shipment.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

It will not be possible to change the address after the order is completed. You can make a request to change the order via e-mail or WhatsApp, which will be accepted only if the same has not already been processed and entrusted to the courier. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, it will be possible to pick up the package at the local GLS office.

What if I cannot be present at the location to receive the goods?

We suggest selecting a GLS Location or Parcel Shop nearest to you.
